Use of an ApexIQ Companion service is not governed by this Policy either. Use of CloudVerdict is not governed by this Policy either. CloudVerdict is a separate subscription service published at cloudverdict.apexedgesalesengineering.com, and it has its own Acceptable Use policy (acceptable-use (opens in a new tab)) covering matters this website does not involve, such as account sharing, resale of results, automated extraction of prices at scale, and interference with the service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services for:

• evaluation of our Services prior to engagement, and
• collaboration under written agreements or licensing arrangements.

Use must be lawful, respectful, and consistent with any agreed scope of engagement.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use any content, frameworks, data, or other materials from the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or automated tool, whether commercial or otherwise, or

Intellectual property infringement

• remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trade mark, or attribution notices, or
• misrepresent our intellectual property as your own, or use our brands, marks, or content in a way that suggests endorsement without consent.

Security and service integrity

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, accounts, or non-public content,
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services,
• disrupt, overload, or degrade availability (including through excessive requests or malicious activity), or
• introduce malware or other harmful code.

Misrepresentation

• falsely claim affiliation with Apex Edge Sales Engineering, or
• impersonate any person or entity, or mislead others about the origin of communications or materials.

Unlawful or harmful use

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or
• use our materials to facilitate fraud, deception, or harmful conduct.

Restricted data.

Our forms and free tools are built for business information about deals, teams, and operating practice. Do not submit through them, or send to us in related correspondence:

• special category personal data, including data about health, race, ethnicity, religion, politics, trade union membership, sex life, or sexual orientation;
• criminal offence data;
• personal data relating to children;
• payment card numbers or bank credentials;
• passwords, API keys, or other authentication secrets; or
• information you are not authorised to disclose, including a third party’s confidential information.

The ApexIQ WinScore Preview runs on information you type into it. Score the shape of a deal, not the private details of the people in it.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, we may take action including:

• restricting, suspending, or terminating access (with or without notice),
• removing or disabling access to content,
• pursuing legal remedies (including injunctive relief and damages), and
• reporting matters to regulators or law enforcement where appropriate.

Where a breach causes us loss, we may seek to recover that loss from you under the indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service.
