It does not cover ApexIQ Companion either. It does not cover CloudVerdict either. CloudVerdict is a separate subscription service published at cloudverdict.apexedgesalesengineering.com, and it sets its own cookies, including authentication and preference cookies this website does not use. We run two Netlify measurement services on this Site. Neither sets cookies, and neither writes information to your device or reads information already stored there.

Netlify Web Analytics measures aggregated and anonymous information about site usage, such as page visits and general traffic patterns. It operates from server-side CDN logs. No script runs in your browser for this service, and it does not collect personally identifying information.

Netlify Real User Monitoring measures how the Site performs for real visitors. A small script, served from this domain, records page performance metrics in your browser: Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, Interaction to Next Paint, First Input Delay, First Contentful Paint, and Time to First Byte. It also records your browser family, your operating system, and whether you are using a mobile device. Once per page view it sends this to Netlify at https://ingesteer.services-prod.nsvcs.net. As with any web request, that connection carries your IP address. The script sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, or other storage on your device.

Because neither service stores information on your device or reads information stored there, no cookie consent is required for either. Blocking scripts in your browser, or using a content blocker, prevents Netlify Real User Monitoring from running; the Site works normally without it.

5. Consent

We do not use non-essential cookies, and neither of our measurement services stores information on your device or reads information already stored there, so we do not currently request cookie consent. If we introduce non-essential cookies, or any technology that stores information on your device or reads information already stored there, we will update this policy and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law before doing so.

6. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary infrastructure cookies may affect the availability or security of parts of the Site.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective” date will be revised accordingly. The “Last reviewed” date records when we last checked this Policy, whether or not it changed.
